Positive Action PreK-K5

The Positive Action Bible curriculum helps students learn about the God of the Word, not just about the Word of God. Teaching children to seek the majesty and grace of God in everything, this curriculum aims to magnify His majesty, works, and nature, and help students look for how God reveals himself through a message that shines through context, culture, and language.

In K4 Preschool: Exploring God's Love, students are led on a journey through the Bible from creation to the resurrection of Jesus Chris; lessons emphasize the Father's love along the way.

This student manual features 40 bright and colorful lessons (one per week for an average school year). Lessons feature original artwork and two to four activity pages per lesson. Puzzles, coloring pages, cut-and-paste activities and more will teach your students the lessons of God's love in concrete, approachable ways. This workbook is designed to be used in association with the stories provided in the sold-separately K4: Preschool Teacher's Manual, and cannot be used independently.

A scripture memorization report chart is included for those families working through the optional scripture memorization segment of the program (provided in the teacher's manual).

This Positive Action Preschool: Exploring God's Love teacher's manual contains all of the teaching material, as well as Bible stories, activities, review questions, and catechism questions with answers. Plenty of teacher materials help orient parents on how the course should be taught, with schedules for a 3, 4, and 5-day pace included for maximum flexibility.

Each easy-to-use weekly lesson "Target Truths" objectives, vocabulary with definitions, a note to the teacher, "The Big Picture" overview, activity, story, and review questions. Additional optional elements include the Scripture memory program, music curriculum, catechism questions with answers, and extra activities.

The weekly optional scripture memory program is part of a three-year cycle that encourages children to memorize crucial passages at least twice in their elementary years; a memorization report sheet form is included.
