Weekly bonus lessons and a final exam are also included. Concepts and questions are repeated occasionally for repetition and review.

484 pages, softcover. NIV Scripture used. Consumable workbook; non-reproducible except for the final exam. Each child should have their own workbook.

The God given traits of cats (You exist to serve me) and dogs (I exist to serve You) are often similar to certain theological attitudes held by many Christians in their view of God and their relationship to Him. Using the differences between cats and dogs in a light-handed manner, the authors challenge this thinking in deep and profound ways. This life-changing book will provide a new perspective and vision for God as we delight in the God who delights in us. 206 pages, softcover.

Part of the Unveiling Glory "Cat and Dog Theology" Curriculum series (High School-Year 1).

Cats and dogs respond differently to their masters's care. While the dog thinks "You must be God!" the cat thinks "I must be God!"When we first become believers, we still have a natural tendency to be self-centered, especially in how we pray. As a result, many Christians prayers that are more of a laundry list of "all about me" requests. Because God doesn't answer these kinds of prayer, we tend to give up on praying believing that God doesn't answer prayer. As a result, we end up checking in from time to time making sure he knows we're there and reminding him of our needs—hoping he'll do something about them.Cat and Dog Prayer will help move you from self-centered prayers to God-focused prayers. You'll learn how to pray, as the authors show:

                                              • How to pray prayers that God wants to answer
                                              • How you've been given a Blank Check by God
                                              • The six reasons why God says Wait
                                              • The four reasons why God says No
                                              • How to pray Cause Me Prayers releasing the Holy Spirit completely in your life, and
                                              • How you need to be careful about what you pray about—because it can be the very thing that takes you away from God himself!

This book will change the way you pray. It is a natural outflow of Cat and Dog Theology also written by Bob and Gerald.

                                                RG3: High School Year 2 (Grades 8-12)

Today in the church there is a conflicting, confusing message being communicated. That confusion is there because we only know one side of the cross—the fact that Christ died for us. Here Kevin Kimbrough joins Bob Sjogren in his crusade against me-centered, feline thinking--this time applying it to our view of the cross. What would change, the authors ask, if we began to see Christ's death as more than a fix for our personal sins, but as a matter of the Master's glory? If the glory of God is the primary reason for the cross, it changes everything in our Christianity. It now teaches us that the glory of the Father is first and foremost in our minds and needs to be pinnacle of all we are and do. And if Christ suffered for the glory of the Father, then we should be willing to suffer as well. In A Cat & Dog Look At The Cross, authors Bob Sjogren and Kevin Kimbrough present in a clear and easy to understand format why it is so vital to our lives as believers to understand "the rest of the story" when it comes to the cross.
