Weaver Penmanship to Praise

Using a traditional tablet format, these 5-day-per-week lessons take students step-by-step through the writing process--and Scripture verses are used for writing practice.

Grade K utilizes ball and stick manuscript writing; this level is an introduction to writing.

Penmanship to Praise is designed specifically to accompany The Weaver Curriculum; the goal of the series is not only to encourage penmanship worthy of praise, but to move towards an attitude of praise towards God through writing Scripture and applying the concepts.

This first grade book is designed to be used for a 36-week period, and contains both practice and border sheets. A brief introduction with teacher instructions, goals and lesson planning, memory verse selections and a penmanship model are included; the majority of the book is comprised of practice sheets labeled "Day 1, 2, etc...) and handwriting presentation sheets with a variety of borders. 346 pages, softcover, spiral-bound.
