The New American Commentary
[NAC]
The New American Commentary series is a basic to mid-level exegetical commentary that examines the text pericope-by-pericope. The NAC is based on the NIV translation and is primarily geared for students, ministers, and educated laity seeking to grasp Scripture in a full and in a unified way without having to dig deeply into technical matters.
Status
The Old Testament is mostly complete but with the notable exception of the Psalms. The NT is nearly complete with Ephesians being released soon.
