Psychological and emotional content very informative and practical. NOT a Christian book. If you can filter out the anti scriptual information, it was helpful.

This is NOT a Christian book. The author repeatedly makes marriage analogous to a job. He feels that people have absolutely every right to simply leave a marriage whenever they wish if that marriage isn't going as they want it to. I'm sorry, but that is not Christian, and neither is this book. The only reason it gets any rating above zero is that it has potential to help with the issue it is written for...one just must ignore the non-Christian stuff. I suggest a different book that teaches how to use God and the Bible as strength.
