I have learned so much from Ms. George's study guides and was really looking forward to reading this. While the thoughts and prayers for each day ae thought-provoking and direct us to live for Jesus, I was disappointed to see that many days' reading have no Scripture references.

I ordered several of these are gifts for special young women in my life. I thought that in their busy lives that this might speak to them as women. While the devotions are short and many very enlightening they don't seem aimed at women. Anyone who is interested in enlightenment of the Scriptures going back to the original language it was written in could benefit. They're a little "deeper" than what the title eludes to.
