American Patriot5 Stars Out Of 5Abeka HistorySeptember 27, 2015American PatriotQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5The Christian perspective is what we care about most.. This is why we use Abeka, I expect this perspective and the descriptions of evil to be taught from a Christian perspective only... Thank you Abeka. Obviously this review is flawed.. American Exceptionalism should be taught and realized for its greatness of Christian faith.
Jesuschick1 Stars Out Of 5Not recommendingAugust 12, 2015JesuschickQuality: 2Value: 1Meets Expectations: 1I homeschooled for about 12 years and have purchased Abeka health and science books for my children and they were great!! Tried Abeka history for the first time and I was very disappointed for the many poor description about other countries. I lived in 3 countries(Japan, England and USA) for each many years, and have friends from every corners of the planet. How should we introduce our children to the other cultures in Christian perspective? Putting them down with unkind words and inaccurate information? I would expect Abeka to do finer job on history books like all the other text books we enjoyed. How do we expect our young children of America to have fair perspective and love for other countries and we see why there are shortage of missionaries on certain countries.
