Could there BE a better time for this book? So many of us are feeling stuck in place fearing what tomorrow might bring through COVID-19. I highly recommend this book if you need someone to walk beside you and be your cheerleader to ensure that you don't let fear boss you around and instead rely on the "Big Boss" up above (and Jennifer's wisdom) to get you through. As a woman who's just launching into the biggest-hardest-scariest business venture of her life....I needed this right NOW! I've been so overwhelmed by what I'm reading in this book, in the best way! I preordered it because I was so excited to read more of Jennifer's wisdom and hilarity that I get from her on her podcast and on her FB page. She has been through so many different struggles and successes in her life that it's really easy to relate to her on so many levels. I've found her stories to be relatable, her challenges to be eye-opening, the questions she asks to be honest, and her desire to see women be unstuck and living what they were born for...so genuine! It's hard to put the book down, and when I read it I hear it in Jen's voice - it's so great.

I don't hardly ever do reviews, but I wanted people who were wondering about this book to know - it's worth it's weight in Gold! If you're a business-owning woman, Jennifer will tell you what you need to hear in a way that brings freedom, courage, and laughs.

Jennifer Allwood brought her "A" game when she wrote Fear Is Not The Boss Of You. She is clear, motivating, and insightful. Although she focuses on creatives and business owners online, this book is for everyone. What is even more remarkable, is unlike many other motivational / self-help books full of shallow one liners, Jennifer is able to hit you deep. Jennifer's word stay with you like a good Sunday sermon you can get out of your head. Read this incredible book and you will find yourself saying "Fear you are NOT the boss of me". I know I have.
