This is an EXCELLENT book!! I love Kyle's analogies. I love that he added another chapter. I will be reading it again as I read the original twice as well. I pray that others will become NOT FANS as I have. This book has opened my eyes that four years ago I didn't realize I was a fan until my daughter in her 11th year in high school she was meeting with the youth pastor and a few others before school at a coffee shop doing Discipleship and this was the book for teens. So of course I asked what that meant. As she explained it to me, the eyes of my heart were opened to the sad truth where I was with Christ. So God used my daughter and the book to help me to be where I am now. And I am not a fan.

Kyle developed and clearly articulated Jesus's call to "follow Me". It's a much needed wake up to all who say they are "Christians" and those who are seeking. I loved the personal stories and the journey of awakening these believers shared. I have recommended this book and hope to do it in a study group in the near future.

This book needs to be read by everyone who thinks they are a christian... it spells it out.. and explains very plainly and easily if youre a fan or a true follower of Jesus.. and thats a good thing because everyone says they believe, but how many really actually follow what Christ says to do.

This book will turn your life inside out and make you examine your life and motives. A must read for anyone.

Really makes you think about your relationship with Jesus. Needs to be read by every Christian!
