However, I found this Bible to be excellent, including very helpful notes and book introductions! Most helpful : Before each book is an explanation of what the book says, what it means and what it means for you! The notes and introductions are very good.
Don't be hesitant to buy this Bible-- it is a great study tool!My only reservation(4 stars for product quality) is that the leather cover is a bit thin as are the pages, but don't let this stop you from purchasing it. The days of thick leather covers and strong paper( like my Scofield and Ryrie Bibles of 20-30 years ago) are gone.
I highly recommend this study Bible.
