This is such a great deal and a great product. I have bought 2 more since. Great for me and great gifts.

The first track I listened to was the Psalms and I was taken aback because it was WAY too theatrical for me (for example, "Our God" which I would have read as if I were praying was shouted as if the person was in anguish. Great for some, me, not so much). Since I was really craving a read-aloud version of the Scriptures, I thought I'd give the rest of the books a shot and am happy to report I LOVE IT! At first, I was a bit put off by the background noise, but now I find it helps me concentrate and in company with the often changing voices pulls me back if I start to drift (I listen while driving). They are so reasonably priced, I'm buying one for everyone I know who will accept this lovely gift.

For years I have always wanted to read the entire Bible. Now it comes to life with the sound effects and gives you a sense of being there. Beautifully done. I listen to it whenever I am traveling in my car. AWESOME! I bought a couple more to give to my friends. Highly recommended!
