This set is an amazing buy! You get the complete Bible read by Max McLean whose voice is easy to listen to, easy to understand and not overly dramatic like some narrators. The sale price for this set made it within reach but the biggest surprise came when it arrived complete with a well made ballistics nylon case and additional MP3. More than met our expectations.

I use the listener's Bible during the night when I can't sleep. What better way to spend this time? And Max McLean is the voice I enjoy hearing read the scripture.

The best audio Bible I have heard. Narrator's tone is easy to hear and to listen to for an extended time. There is no background noise to overpower the narrator and there are no opinions added to distract from the biblical words. The books of the Bible are well organized on disks for easy use. Comes in a quality storage case.

I am an audio person, and I have 3 different cd bibles. This version is like listening to someone read to you and occasionally clarify phrases or words that may need clearing up. Ex. spilled his seed, it says spilled his siemen. I allow my bibles to play non-stop as I go about my house duties, but I find this captures my attention more which encourages my will to study more.
