This a Very Good Value on a Large Print New Testament to Give Away when people are interested in reading the Word of God. I only wish it had Psalms & Proverbs with it. Nevertheless, I wish All Economy Bibles had Large Print like this and in the ESV and NLT versions, however for the price this is not the case. I find the NIV is clear enough to present the Gospel though from a "study" standpoint not the most accurate translation. Again, I bought them for getting the essential truth into people who never read the Bible. I find giving small print Bibles or New Testaments is a Disgrace, invest in Large print preferably 10, 11, or 12 Print size is perfect for most readers. I do recommend this New Testament.

I don't like the clumped together text. Set up more like a regular book than a Bible. The size is odd too. It's good that it's thin, but it's too tall/wide to be easily portable.

This New Testament is well sized and I won't need glasses to read the font! However, browsing through it, I realize just how much of the NIV has changed from the 1984 version and I don't like the changes--at some points the meaning of the verse has been completely altered. If you like the new 2011 NIV and are looking for a large print NT, you'll like this.

During my frequent rounds as a hospital chaplain, patients constantly ask for Bibles (the average person thinks we get all religious items for free!). These large-print editions are perfect for my geriatric folks - easy for them to read, and unbelievably inexpensive.
