The NIV Archeological Bible says it has a FREE Gallery of Photos and bonus materials. That web site does not exist, and their web site shows no way to get this. I can find no way to communicate for help. The book is very good, but I expected to have online access to the materials described. Too bad they still advertise this.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this Bible, and have used it as a resource in my Master's classes. The wealth of cultural information really helps establish a context for the passages. It has greatly aided in interpretation.

I loved the idea of this Bible and had to get it especially since I love archaeology! What's more fun- and more rewarding- than discovering the truth behind the Bible stories you've always heard? Helpful for people who have questions about the culture of the time period/ place and even how the Bible stands up to the mythology of the world the Bible writers lived in. Wonderful book!

A:

This item is not currently available in paper back, but the hardcover looks like the picture just without the information on the bottom which is replaced with more of the archeological site.
