Becky Mullins5 Stars Out Of 5My favorite devotionalDecember 5, 2017Becky MullinsQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I have used Paul David Tripp's daily devotional entitled "New Morning Mercies" for several months now. It has definitely become my most favorite complement to my daily Bible reading. Each day I am greatly challenged by Tripp's thought-provoking and heart-provoking writing! Although he brings up hard things to consider, he leaves the reader with a feeling of comfort because of the sweet grace of our Lord Jesus. I honestly think this book has challenged me to become a better follower of Christ. I highly recommend it to you.
Christi5 Stars Out Of 5Exceptional DevotionalNovember 13, 2017ChristiQuality: 0Value: 0Meets Expectations: 0I have used this devotional for the last year. It is truly the best I've ever used. When I purchase a yearlong devotional, usually part way through the year I lose interest in it and need to move on to something else. Not so with this devotional. It asks hard questions and calls into question things that we as Christians hold onto that hinder our walk with God and our growth. I'm sorry to see the year ending and this book coming to an end. Another thing I don't usually do is re-read any book, but this one may be the exception. I think so highly of this book that in addition to my copy, I have recently purchased an additional 6 to share as Christmas gifts.
Janelle5 Stars Out Of 5New Morning Mercies a wonderful start to my day.November 10, 2017JanelleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I love this devotional. It is very relevant. I can use it by the date or by the scripture I'm studying at the time because the index in the back tells me which dates correspond to which scripture verses.

CPerk5 Stars Out Of 5deeper than typical devotionalsSeptember 24, 2017CPerkQuality: 0Value: 0Meets Expectations: 0Normally, I don't like devotionals yet only usually have about 30 minutes to spare in the morning reading that sets my day off to a good start in my thinking process. This devotional is the first that is just the right length as well as provides a depth and practicality unusual for a devotional. I just love it! I've been through it over 2x and tend to learn so much and am able to share often with others the relevant message I am often so blessed with!
