The amount of stress that I have after using this tool is less than what im normally having at times. I bought two more to help as a meditation tool along with a lava lamp. I wondered to myself if that is what my mothers womb felt like or heaven. there is a adult stress ball available but I imagine the Nee Doh stuff is the same. I would recommend to anyone trying to relax meditate or dream after anything has become bothersome.
