Gigi1 Stars Out Of 5DisappointedJanuary 3, 2017GigiQuality: 1Value: 1Meets Expectations: 1I am disappointed with this purchase. The two dowel rods are an inconvenience, but more importantly, the pieces fall off the backing, even when placed on the grass or mountains. I tried adding more velcro to the pieces, but they still fall off. It's like the backing doesn't have enough grip to hold them in place.
Hey4 mommy5 Stars Out Of 5big hit at our houseDecember 24, 2015Hey4 mommyQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This has been a huge success with my family. I have 4 girls (ages 7, 5, 2 and 6 months) and each night they alternate who gets to put on the next figure. They look forward to it every day and love having it! The quality is great and its beautiful colors and size are perfect for displaying. It gives a little guidance by only allowing the figures to be placed on the 5 stars, hills and grass but has worked out perfectly for our family. The baby Jesus in secured in the manger. Definitely recommend!
Kris4 Stars Out Of 5fun for the kidsJanuary 22, 2015KrisQuality: 4Value: 4Meets Expectations: 4This is the first Advent calendar we have had. It was fun for the kids. There were pieces in each pocket to add to the Nativity scene. The only thing i didn't like was the wooden bar that was supposed to support the top came in two pieces (for easier shipping, I suppose) and it was very difficult to hang. I ended up replacing it with a dowel. but otherwise I was very pleased by the product.

Donna Schmidt4 Stars Out Of 5January 3, 2012Donna SchmidtQuality: 4Value: 4Meets Expectations: 3the rod is in 2 parts, so is not easy to hang, and the fabric only holds (sticks to) the figures in certain areas of the scene, not the entire calendar scene, a bit limited for placement of figures.
Ask a Question▼▲
Q: How are the figures in the Nativity II fabric Advent calendar attached to the background?
The animals are stuck to the cloth via a velcro backing.
As a side note:
The piece for day 24 is the Star. It is not missing but can be found attached to a velcro holder in the sky.
