And within those conversations it made me go and search the scriptures for true answers. If nothing else I was reaffirmed in what I believe.
This little book that has been around since 2001 and continues to be a well bought book, however I think that it's probably time of new cover.
pstrmanuel4 Stars Out Of 5great tool who is searching truth about mormonismJune 2, 2012pstrmanuelQuality: 4Value: 4Meets Expectations: 4Simple outline and easy to understand explanation. It is true that the Book of Mormons has no archeological support about its claims regarding Nephite or Lamanite nations.
As Paul said in his letter to the Galatians 1: 8 - "8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned!.
Eric Martin1 Stars Out Of 5February 28, 2010Eric MartinYes, we do not hold to the 'traditional' views of God, but why give head to the traditions of men anyway? Did Jesus do such? We believe that God still speaks to man, that the Heavens are not closed, but open and that the Gospel of Jesus Christ, in all its fulness has been restored to the earth in our day, with living prophets and apostles. Yes, we do worship the Living Christ of reality, not the dead one who hasn't spoken to us in over 2,000 years since the Apostle John wrote The Revelation on the island of Patmos. Come unto Christ, and be perfected in Him.
Jim M.1 Stars Out Of 5August 31, 2009Jim M.Much of the information in this book is just plain wrong. I have some good friends that are Mormon and I bought this book to try and help them but this book is wrong. They don't believe many of the things that Rhodes writes about.
Debra5 Stars Out Of 5February 4, 2007DebraThis book is awesome: easy to read, brief, but informative. The amount of research that was put into the "10 Most Important Things You Can Say" series gives me te confidence to hold my ground when in discussions with Mormans, etc. I plan on buying the rest of the series.
