Tell us a little about yourself.  I am a pastor, author, musician, and Harley Davidson enthusiast. I love to ride with other motorcycle devotees in my church and travel extensively to speak for both religious and secular organizations. My wife Dianna have five children, four of which are married, and one granddaughter. We live in Texas.

What was your motivation behind this project?  I felt there was a need for something specifically for bikers and their walk with God. In my research there was not a lot out there targeting bikers.

What do you hope folks will gain from this project?  First of all, a daily habit of spending time with God. Second, a motivation to grow spiritually. Third, to be inspired by the relationship between motorcycles, the people who ride them, and spiritual truths.

How were you personally impacted by working on this project?  This was a great labor of love for the biking community. I've already heard from people who have gained a lot from using the book in their devotional times.

Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists?  The Christian Motorcycle Association and Bikers for Christ have been great sources of inspiration. Some of my favorite authors are Max Lucado, John Piper, Warren Wiersbe, and others.

Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know:  Motorcycling is a passion shared by people of all ages. For those enthusiasts, here is a collection of 32 devotional insights that focus readers on their relationship with God through examples and illustrations drawn from motorcycles and the people who ride them.
