More Than Okay: Poetry of Wellness

"More than Okay" is a collection of poems written for the purpose of giving a greater meaning to life. The poems focus on three aspects of connectivity moving towards wholeness. Firstly, spirituality which invokes divine help and guidance to aid our healing, wellness and growth. Secondly, the importance of relationships and the need for resolving misunderstanding and an appreciation of the charming devotion of those who care for us. Thirdly, the poetry on homecoming and celebration renew the spirit and life-possibilities.
