Publisher's Description

GOD DID NOT MEAN FOR SALVATION TO BE A DEEP, COMPLICATED SUBJECT MAN COULD NOT UNDERSTAND.

But sometimes man's words confuse God's simple truths. D. L. Moody, one of the nineteenth century's greatest evangelists, shows how simple salvation is. He doesn't use heavy philosophy, but simply shows "the way to God." The Way to God is filled with stories about ordinary people. Anyone willing to have honest questions and doubts answered will find answers here.

  • Who is Christ?
  • How can I know my sins have been forgiven?
  • What can I do if I have turned away from God?
  • What is repentance?

These are important questions, and D. L. Moody answers them from God's Word. More than 1 million copies of this classic work have been distributed since it was first published in 1894.

Author Bio

DWIGHT L. MOODY (1837-1899) was a highly acclaimed late 19th century evangelist. He founded the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago in 1886 and the Bible Institute Colportage Association, now Moody Publishers, in 1894. From training women, to reaching out to lost children, to bridging the gap between denominations, D.L. Moody was unlike any other. He is author of a number of books including Christ in You, Heaven, Men God Challenged, and Spiritual Power. His life is also chronicled in A Passion for Souls: The Life of D.L. Moody by Lyle Dorsett. He and his wife, Emma, had three children.
