Montessori Writing Lab

Inspired by the Montessori teaching method of the three-period lesson, HeadU’s Writing Lab gives children three different ways to learn letters and letter sounds and to practice handwriting and reading. After putting together 18 different word puzzles made up of pieces that are combinations of letters and pictures, children will form words using letter tiles that match the puzzle, and then practice writing the letters and words with a dry-erase marker on a whiteboard grid.  As they practice handwriting and letter sounds, youngsters will strengthen their fine motor skills and shape recognition. The set includes 72 letter and letter puzzle tiles, 3 dry-erase word house boards, 3 small dry-erase cards, 1 dry-erase marker, and instructions, in a sturdy storage box. Ages 3 to 6.
