This diet is actually a way of life and the weight loss follows. 75% vegetables, alkaline water (made by adding baking soda or pH drops), no dairy, no wheat. If you have a gluten issue, this would probably work. If you have allergies, this would probably work. There are recommended supplements that are easily found at the health food store. He also proposes using a rebounder (mini trampoline) 20 minutes a day. That's it for exercise. I've read other people using a rebounder helping get rid of cellulite as it affects the lymph glands. I would recommend this book. Even if you don't stick with it to a "t" your overall diet will be much better. No more junk!!
