Tasha5 Stars Out Of 5Read Before DatingApril 28, 2016TashaQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5What a book! I wish I had read this book before I ever started dating and long before I had invested 3 years into a relationship with a great person who just wasn't God's design for me. As I write this, I am actually just over half way through and I have gained so much information for finding and understanding a Godly relationship. In the last few weeks as I work through this book I have had several people approach me with topics about relationships and I have HGHLY RECOMMENDED this book to them! I am a 30-year old, single female and wish I would have read this book in my mid-late teens.

This an ideal book for singles, those who are dating/courting, or married. This book can also be a source to improve friendships, work on better communication, and choosing people of good character across the lifespan. This book also helped me to end an unholy relationship. It was not easy to end this unholy relationship, but I put my faith in Jesus and I made the right choice. As of late, I found the man I truly believe that God made for me. You will find that person too! One day you can stop settling for the wrong people and you will find someone who you've hoped and prayed for! If you make God and Jesus the core of your life, things will get better! He is good and filled with glory! Truly opens your eyes!
Melissa5 Stars Out Of 5One of the best I have readMay 5, 2015MelissaQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I grabbed this book because my daughters youth pastor recommended it for non-married couples and they (the youth) were going to be working through the book with the kids at a level that was appropriate for them. I have read a lot of marriage books and walk away disappointed most of the time.
But this book made sense to me, even though I am already married. I do highly recommend this book for any couple who is dating or any single person is wants to date and have a God honoring reletionship. This is an excellent guide and resource for building a marriage as God intended.
Yet, even as a married person I gleaned a lot of good information from this book. Particularly the chapter on Fighting Fair. I wish I had read this BEFORE I was married because we have established a way of communicating that probably isnt really effective. Of course we make changes now but its always hard to end one habit and start another.
This is a book I would highly encourage my children to read as they get older and anyone who is single. But like I said, I believe even us old married people can learn a lot from this book.
An e-copy of this book was given to my by the publisher through Netgalley.com in exchange for an honest review.
