Kristi5 Stars Out Of 5A book I'll keep forever!April 16, 2018KristiQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 4A Memory A Day For Moms Inspirational Journal - Book Review
I was provided a complimentary copy of this book for my review. All opinions are my own.
This book is a 5 year journal just for moms. There are three lines each day for each year. Write in the year number, and a little blurb about that day. You can use the prompt given for that day or write whatever you like. The prompts vary from something like "What's your kids favorite food" to "What exhausts you the most?" For me it's a great way to record the funny and sweet little things that happen. Like my middle son is almost as tall as me and he's only 12! I'm sure I will write in my journal the day we all realize that he is my height or taller than me. I like this book, because as a mom my day is a bit chaotic. Trying to remember the sweet little details in the midst of all of it can be difficult. This book gives me the chance to write it down. I can see myself years from now reading this book and smiling over the memories. I do wish that there were more lines to write on each day. Three small lines isn't much. Maybe some note pages in between each day so you could tell a longer story or maybe at least once a week would be helpful.
I have a hardback copy, and the front cover is beautiful. It seems like a well designed book that can last five years. I like that it easily opens, its not super stiff. The typeface is really pretty and easy to read.

Enchanting RoseColoradoAge: 25-34Gender: Female5 Stars Out Of 5Perfect journal for any motherApril 14, 2018Enchanting RoseColoradoAge: 25-34Gender: FemaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5Life is a collection of moments.
A Memory a Day for Moms is an inspiring journal that will hold five years of memories and reflections in one beautiful volume. I must confess that I am not one for journaling. While I would love to write down everything that happens in a week I simply don't. . .and I kick myself that I am not writing down the memories. This book is perfect for me as I can write down something special each day.
Every day of the year the book asks a question making for a wonderful way to preserve the memories. I love that I can use this journal for five years and how fun it will be to pass it down to my son when he is grown. There is a place for special notes and on each page you will find encouraging thoughts and Scripture verses.
Whether you enjoy journaling or maybe you're like me and you simply don't do it, this book is for you. It is truly a special way to remember those special moments. Mother's Day is next month and this would be a lovely gift for any mother. FAMILY: today's little moments become tomorrow's precious memories.
** I was given a complimentary copy of this book from BookLook Bloggers for an honest review. All thoughts are my own and no other compensation was received. **
Kris BushOrlando, FLAge: 25-34Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5An Awesome Memory CatcherMarch 27, 2018Kris BushOrlando, FLAge: 25-34Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5EEK!! I love, love this book!!! So it's set up as a journal but there are prompts for each day and it is dated. For each day of the year, there are 5 spaces with each space allowing you to put what year you are responding for (see the below).
The great thing is that you can start whenever you like! And it prompts you about yourself, about your kids, and about your spouse. It prompts you to leave memories not just for you to reflect on but ones that you can pass on to your children.
This is a hardcover book with fairly thick pages. There's also golden page marker. Then on each page, there is a bible verse that kind of correlates with the journal prompt as well as a prayer prompt.
I've already started filling in the dates from March (since I got it). I plan to pass it on to my kids when they are older and maybe invest in a second one in order to catch about ten years worth of memories for them.
I do recommend this for mamas, especially busy mamas because it helps us remember to stop savour the little things in life that we often take for granted.
FYI: I received this book in exchange for my honest opinion
