My daughter and I are on the weight loss program in his book and have each lost 6 lbs. in 3 weeks. My daughter runs Track & Field and she cannot believe the energy she has at practice. As a Mom I don't have to worry about if she is getting enough calories on this diet because she is eating 70 % of her calories by noon. This book has helped me read and discern what it is the Lord wants for my family and me. I recommend this book to everyone who is concerned about what we are eating.
