    Terrific book. If I wanted to be a doctor, I would want to be one like Dr. Colbert whose goal is to treat people's illness with food than man-made prescriptions which I think that our gracious Lord never intended us to use in the first place. I highly recommend this wonderful book to anyone who is weary of using prescriptions, with the constant reactions to side effects and decide to use food instead. A must read. Thank you Dr. Colbert, your book has certainly changed my way of eating: healthy according to biblical standards!

    Dr. Colbert's books are great! I have learned so much from reading them and this is no exception. My daughter and I are on the weight loss program in his book and have each lost 6 lbs. in 3 weeks. My daughter runs Track & Field and she cannot believe the energy she has at practice. As a Mom I don't have to worry about if she is getting enough calories on this diet because she is eating 70 % of her calories by noon. This book has helped me read and discern what it is the Lord wants for my family and me. I recommend this book to everyone who is concerned about what we are eating.
