Tell us a little about yourself. I was a single woman with a son out of wedlock
and was brought into a saving knowledge of Jesus
Christ. Actually I was a little girl seaching for
a father who left too early, before he could
confirm who I was to him. But when I met my
Heavenly Father my life was put in its' proper
perspective, as the Lord would have it. He sent
me a Salmon who would be a wonderful husband and
father to my son. This journey it what I share in
my book and how the Lord will bless your
obedience to his Word; despite your past failures!
What was your motivation behind this project? Often we share our success stories with others
but not what we consider to be our failures. I
wanted to talk to young women and women of
varying ages and encourage them through the
struggles of singleness by my life and let them
know where you start does not have to be where
you finish. Every one of God's daughters are
meant to be Queens and it is time to realize this
fact and walk as Queens in His kingdom.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? Hope for single women in the Lord Jesus Christ,
who has not forgotten them and knows the plans He
has for them, which are for good and not for
evil. Also complete trust in the Lord to know
that He still has plans for them no matter what
their past mistakes or failures may be. Just
commit thy ways unto the Lord and He will bring
them to pass.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? My mother who sacrificed much of her own life for
her children and maintained faith in God despite
a husband who left her and an attack of cancer
while raising her children with a husband who was
being unfaithful. Some authors who have inspired
me are Joyce Meyers, T.D. Jakes, Tim Alan
Gardner,Dannah Gresh,Quanita Bynum-Weeks, and
Lisa Bevere.
