There's no real difference in the notes other than an explanation (forward) of the LSB translation at the beginning. But this is the first study Bible available in the LSB and if you have committed to the translation, then this is the Bible to have.

I appreciate John MacArthur's clear and accurate Bible teaching. He and Ken Ham both recommended the LSB version and I am not disappointed with this Bible. LOTS of notes and study help inside. I also bought one for my daughter and son-in-law and they both love it.

I feel the MacArthur study Bible has created a more disceplned learning experiance because the commentary is so precise and factual straight to the point good. As I am reading it there has been a truth that is straight forward guidence that makes me want to stand tall over spiritual matters. I will hold it strong in times of need. One of the best Bibles I have that creates a leadership quality.

This isn't my first MacArthur Study Bible, but I am glad to have a version with the Legacy Standard Bible translation. Pairing the late Dr MacArthur's study notes with the translation that Master's Seminary worked on so diligently. I recommend to anyone who is serious about studying God's word.

This is my third MacArthur Study Bible and second in the LSB translation. My other two are hard cover versions, bought the soft cover version to keep in my truck and carry to church. John's commentary notes are invaluable for enriching the scripture text. I recommend this particular bible for form, function and quality and highly recommend the LSB translation!
