I had a wind up stuffed teddy bear as a child that played Jesus Loves Me and it was always one of my favorites. In fact, I still have him! When I had my son, I knew that I wanted to find a similar toy that he would hopefully cherish for years to come (my bear is in much too fragile condition to pass down after so many years of love). I ran across this puppy while purchasing another item and thought it would be the perfect Christmas gift. He was 1 1/2 at the time and really liked the puppy, but didn't become deeply attached to it. He rediscovered "puppy" at age 3 and I am happy to say that they are now completely inseparable! We have TONS of stuffed animals and this is still the one that he has to have to go to sleep, has to have in the car, etc. Puppy pretty much goes everywhere with us throughout the day. We have had this toy for a little over two years now and the music still plays. Puppy is still soft and cuddly after several months of going everywhere with our little boy. I would not hesitate to recommend this toy. We love it!

I bought this for my great granddaughter whose first word was dog and I plan on giving it to her for Christmas. It is so soft and cuddly I love it and I think she will too when she sees it and hears it play Jesus loves me. Would purchase again. Love it.

So very cute! Bought it for a friend who is having a baby girl and she wanted one for herself with her name on it. So now mother and daughter both have one. I love that it plays Jesus Loves Me!!

We bought this for our Great-Granddaughter for Christmas and she loved it. She is only 11 months

old. She took the dog and hugged it and put her face on top of the dog and said "I - I" meaning "love you".

Love this little dog. In the first shipment I received the music did not play. I called Christianbooks and spoke with a wonderful person who replaced the dog along with the embroidered name free of charge. The service was fantastic and the replacement dog works. Very happy with the purchase and the customer service I received.
