I purchased five pens on sale to use as Valentines Day gifts for five friends. Well, they arrived with three apart. I was able to connect the parts (as the pull-down banners were intact). However, one pen was missing the clasp used to hold the pen on a book cover or paper. I was able to gift four. I kept the fifth

I have always receive good products from CB so I expected better. Did not expect to receive defects. Not the best product. I would not order again. I'm not sure that I would order any more pens from CB.

i gave the LOVE pen to a friend, as part of her birthday gift! She loved it, especially the color! Nice pen!
