Fredrica Harris Thompsett, professor emerita of historical theology at the Episcopal Divinity School and the schools former academic dean, has taught and written about baptism and baptismal ministry for the past decade. Her DVD Wade in the Water is a popular introductory resource to baptismal ministry. Fredrica was co-director of the Pastoral Excellence Project for its first five years and continues to serve as a consultant to the project.
