Tell us a little about yourself. I am a 59 year old woman who was not ready to become a widow at the age of 57. I have one daughter and one son who are married. Two wonderful grandchildren. My husband and I both loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping. My life was and is about family and searching the goals that God has for me yet to fulfil.
What was your motivation behind this project? See the strength and faith that my husband had in circumstances beyond his control. He was an inspiration and joy to be around. I felt I owed it to him to complete a goal to share our life experiences with-in the pages of this book
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? That God is the center of our lives. When needed in good times and bad, he will come through for us. To share the good news of His word to all we come in contact with. Make each day, each minute count, for in the next minute the last is gone. And we will not get it back. Live in the moment and enjoy it.
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? Emotionally it was very hard, but within my spirit it brought peace for looking at the good times we shared as husband and wife.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? I have to say my husband. My favorite author is Karen Kingsbury, while I can relax and enjoy her books, I still find them encouraging and fulfilling revelation of the scriptures.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: Prov. 3: 5 & 6; Acknowledge God the father in all you do, look to him and He will give you the strength to face each circumstance.
