judytRed Bank, NJAge: Over 65Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5best Bible Study information for transformationAugust 30, 2012judytRed Bank, NJAge: Over 65Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I wish I could put this series and the Book Living By the Book in the hands of every Christian...and then pray they open it. I'm weary worn from spoon feeding, filling in the blanks, from someone elses discovery of what God is saying. It's time for personal discovery - to hear from God's love letter on your own...this is the book/video study to do just that...but it takes practice....it then becomes second nature...love Howard Hendricks.

Q: How does the DVD series add to the book and workbook?
The DVD series really just presents the same content as the book and workbook in an audio/visual format.
Q: Session topics I'd be curious to know if anybody who owns this DVD set or is familiar enough with it could share what each episode covers. (I have "Living By The Book: Revised and Updated", the stand-alone book. It was one of two texts for our Bible Study Methods class at Bible College.) I'm thinking it would make a good refresher course but it needs to stay close to the book. For that reason, I need to justify this purchase.
