A basic guide to discerning the will of God. "How do I know what God's will is for my life?" It is perhaps the most common question asked by Christians today. Dr. Bill Thrasher has provided a basic guide to the fundamentals of seeking God's will in Living the Life God Has Planned. Thrasher teaches readers that they must first seek to know God on a more intimate level before His will becomes more apparent to them. Readers of all maturity levels will appreciate the simplicity and practical nature of this product.

Robin5 Stars Out Of 5August 31, 2009RobinI've always been a big fan of "The Mystery of God's Will" by Chuck Swindoll (it helped me to understand about the sovereignty of God), but I have to say this book is equal, if not better. It's one of the best books I've ever read. Dr. Thrasher covers the topic so thoroughly, and the book is firmly based on the Bible. It's given me a lot to think about, and I think it would be helpful for every Christian to read. I borrowed this book from my mother who grew up with Bill. My grandmother is a close friend of his mother - both amazing women. I love how highly he honors his mother in his books. I need to get my own copy of this book, because it's one I will read many times over. I found this book very encouraging in a time when so many Christians seem to be straying from the narrow road. This book will help you know how to stay on it.
Jodie H.5 Stars Out Of 5June 25, 2001Jodie H.Scripturally Sound! I was fortunate to take Christian Life & Ethics with Dr. Thrasher as my professor at Moody Bible. That was my primary reason for buying the book. What I didn't expect was how much I needed these applications in my life. This book is easy to understand and very practical. He also includes a journal section for you to reflect on your own life and what you've learned. If you've ever found yourself seeking God's Will in any area of your life, this is a must read!
