About the Authors
Joyce Ann Zimmerman, CPPS, is the director of the Institute for Liturgical Ministry in Dayton, Ohio and is an adjunct professor of liturgy, liturgical consultant, and frequent facilitator of workshops. She is consultant to the USCCB Committee on Divine Worship and has published numerous scholarly and pastoral liturgical works. She holds civil and pontifical doctorates of theology.
Kathleen Harmon, SNDdeN, is the music director for programs of the Institute for Liturgical Ministry in Dayton, Ohio and is the author of numerous publications. An educator and musician, she facilitates liturgical music workshops and cantor formation programs. She holds a graduate degree in music and a doctorate in liturgy.
John W. Tonkin is a priest of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati who was ordained in 2005. He is the pastor of Sacred Heart Parish in rural McCartyville, Ohio, has served on a number of Archdiocesan and other boards and committees, and is a member of his local ministerial league. He has pursued graduate studies in Sacred Scripture.
