The book is a children fictional story about discovering and preserving a segment of Hawaiis past pertaining to sugar cane trains. Telling first of the trains' abandonment, then being discovered thereby creating an effort to bring the trains back to life, and then showing how the past has been recreated in the preserving of these sugar cane trains. It is an enjoyable fictional story with the storys characters being trucks and trains.
