Author/Artist Review

Author: Glenda Fulton Davis
Submitted: July 30, 2023

What was your motivation behind this project?  When I first began teaching children in church, I loved telling them about God's love for us. The children seemed to be happy and receptive to the teaching. I hoped that their parents would continue reinforcing the truths of scripture in their home. Many of them did, but some did not. I knew Truth had to be lived out in front of the children every day as God instructs us to do in His Word.

What do you hope folks will gain from this project?  I hope my book will be a way that parents can teach their children in the home. Each lesson has a fully illustrated text, so children can look at the picture as the parent reads. Even little children can enjoy and learn in this way. Reading Christian books is a great way to bond with your children.

How were you personally impacted by working on this project?  Every time I do research for a Christian project, I am blessed. Studying the Bible has that effect on you. We are all learning and growing, and God is always revealing new things to us. After all, we are all His children, and He is a great teacher.
