This is a wonderful company to do business with. I ordered the Lighthouse lamp and when it arrived the top part was broken. I called customer service and let them know what happened. They sent out another one and received it promptly. The Lighthouse lamp is beautiful.

I bought 6 of these to use as gifts, and was pleaded with them. One had a defect, but CBC was great in working with me to replace it. They sent me a postage paid return addressed label. I feel that those I bought them for will love them as much as I do.
