Clara Ruffin5 Stars Out Of 5Lighten Up and Live by Ken DavisFebruary 15, 2017Clara RuffinQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I loved the book and purchased five of them to give to others. Each anecdote can be read in a minute, but the application of the humorous story to the Scriptures is long lasting. This type of book will be especially appreciated by those who feel they are "too busy" to read. The book will enliven your spirit.
Holly5 Stars Out Of 5Great Title for a Daily Devotion to start your day.September 4, 2015HollyQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5The Daily Devotions made my day! I read the whole book awhile back, and will enjoy reading it over and over again.
I like it so much I bought 4 other copies to give as gifts.
Em5 Stars Out Of 5Happy ReaderAugust 25, 2015EmQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I bought this for myself, as I am a pretty serious person and could use a reminder to lighten up on a daily basis. On it's own, it's pretty brief. Each daily devotional page is pretty short with a humorous story and a verse to meditate on, but he adds other verses to "dig deeper" with in the Bible. This is my first devotional book and I'm enjoying it. :)
MegS5 Stars Out Of 5Happy StartFebruary 26, 2015MegSQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5A great book to give a happy start to each day. Davis tells a light-hearted story and links it to a Scripture, giving you something to think about.
