I bought this set and the Ten Boys Who set for my 8-year-old daughter. The box is sturdy and colorful. There are no illustrations inside. The stories are interesting and engaging, and there are questions at the end to help the young reader go deeper, including some Scripture passages to consider. Each story starts when the character was a child, which makes it easier for children to relate to. If you want to encourage your young reader to follow Christ and do great things for God, as others who have gone before have done, I would definitely recommend these books!

This set is so AWESOME! My daughter read through the set two years ago at age 7 and is now re-reading them at age 9 and is loving them even more. It helps her to see just how much one person can do in this world. Seek God's will for your life and follow Him!! My 9 year old gets that! I love it!

We ordered this set for our daughter for Easter, as well as the boys set for our son. Our daughter just turned 8 and will read anything she can get her hands on. :) I love the fact that these are true stories, have good morals, and she can learn from them... not to mention the fact that she likes them too! :)

I purchased this book set for my 7 year old who loves to read and she absolutely loves the stories! This set is filled with true life stories of others who loved God and had the courage to change their world by putting their trust in Him. My little girl can see that she doesn't have to wait until she is grown up to use her talents for God, but she can make a difference right now by following the examples of other girls who changed history by not giving in to peer pressure around her.
