It is hard to find a book related to the shame of childhood abuse and I find this book neither too clinical or creating shame for having shame! Thank you.

Great book for anyone to read and learn from. I bought it to help someone else out, but I learned a lot myself so I could understand her. But I also learned a lot for me to apply to my life.

This is an excellent book.It is well written and the questions at the end of the chapters are very good. I believe this book will help anyone who reads it and I also think it can be used as a very good Bible study and in personal counceling either alone or with someone else.Again,an excellent book.
