Tell us a little about yourself. I will be celebrating my 34th Spiritual Birthday on August 4, 2021. kathy (my co-author) and I will celebrate 20 years of marriage in September. Together, we have five daughters and 12 grandchildren. we live in a small community in Southwestern Pennsylvania near Pittsburgh.
What was your motivation behind this project? God spoke to me years ago and told me that I need to learn from Him through every day experiences. as a result, I started writing down some of those experiences, including many past experiences from my childhood, and the lessons that He has taught me through them. as I would share my stories with others, some would encourage me to have them published. I felt that God was OK with me doing just that. So that is how, Life's Little Tidbits, was born.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? If even one life is encouraged or changed, spiritually, for the better, then all of the work and expense that I have put into this project will be well worth it.
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? As I continually reread my tidbits, I am astounded as to what God has done in my life and wants to continue to teach me.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? Well, without trying to sound Christian cliche, of course Jesus is my main inspiration. But, there have been several people, including my wife and children, that have influenced me and they are my favorites.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: I sincerely hope that there is something in this book that will touch you and draw you, even just a little bit, closer to Jesus!
