Dr. Joseph M. Ripley Sr. is founder and pastor of the Body of Christ Church International, USA, a nondenominational church with two locations in the State of Georgia: Alpharetta and College Park. What began in 1983 with fifty people is now a thriving ministry to several thousand congregants.
The Body of Christ Church International, USA, has multifaceted outreach programs that minister in schools, prisons, youth detention centers, and cities, both domestic and abroad. The church sponsors Success in Life classes, healing school, soulwinning training, I.M.P.A.C.T. tutorial program, Business by the Book, and Big Brother/Big Sister, in addition to others. The ministry also operates a Technology Learning Center, which reaches the world for Jesus through technology. It provides computer classes and associated teaching and training.
Dr. Ripley is widely regarded as an internationally known author and motivational conference speaker, having traveled to such extreme global corners as Hawaii, Central America, Australia, Africa, and China. His show Living in Victory is broadcast worldwide on television channels, radio stations, and the Internet. Through this outreach, Dr. Ripley teaches believers to "Feed Their Faith and Starve Their Doubts to Death."
A graduate of the Valley Forge Military Academy in Wayne, Pennsylvania, Dr. Ripley also attended the University of Georgia, where he majored in broadcast journalism and political science. He holds a doctoral degree from the New Covenant International Bible College in Auckland, New Zealand.
Dr. Ripley and his wife, Dr. Marjanita L. Ripley, are the proud parents of three children: April, Heather, and Joseph Jr.
