I have immensely enjoyed Karen Kingsbury's books for adults and was excited to see a book written by her for children.
The book had no reference to the Christian faith and was very disappointing. With such a great theme, there is so much that could have been added to encourage Moms and kids in their Christian lives, but it was sadly missing.

She gets especially excited at the end of the book because it emphasizes that "mommy date" is time between her and I. She makes a cute little noise to express her excitement, its so cute.
