StaceyAge: 45-54Gender: Female5 Stars Out Of 5May 15, 2008StaceyAge: 45-54Gender: FemaleJennifer Rothschild is a wife, mom, musician, author, and inspiring motivational speaker! She shares the story of her coming to terms with a degenerative disease that made her blind at 15 in this real, funny and extremely touching book. Her refections offer practical advice for really walking by faith. To be completely frank, I believe that the concepts explained in this book could only be brought to light by a blind person. After reading just a few pages, I realized that I'm the one with the handicap even though I have my sight. Thank you, Jennifer, for opening my eyes to how much I take for granted because of my sightedness. And thanks for giving me practical help to live my life more faithfully.

OfieLa Verne, CAAge: 55-65Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5This book gets you to move onMay 13, 2014OfieLa Verne, CAAge: 55-65Gender: femaleThis review was written for Lessons I Learned in the Dark: Steps to Walking by Faith, Not by Sight - eBook.I learned so much from this book. Jennifer uses scriptures in her books any time she shares her experiences. She lets us know that we must walk according to God's word and no matter what our emotions are, or how we feel at the moment of tribulaltion, scripture is what will get us through anything. As we spend time reading His word, we can truly know God's character and that He can be trusted in any thing we go through in this life.
