This incredible book offers an alternative view of leadership--a view that is often neglected. In my own preparation for a leadership position, this is the first book I turned to as a result of research online; and it does not disappoint. Rather than remaining in the prison of selfishness, power, and exploitation, a "Flawless Leader" sacrifices his own personal gain for the good of the community whom s/he serves. Servant-leadership takes a front seat in public leadership. I know the author, and he lives what he has written!
