Missler Addict4 Stars Out Of 5Learn the Bible in 24 Hours WorkbookDecember 21, 2016Missler AddictQuality: 4Value: 5Meets Expectations: 4A valuable companion to the DVD set of the same title with numerous charts and excellent questions for a small group discussion. Learning the Bible in 24 Hours is a comprehensive overview of the entire Bible, not an exhaustive study of a particular book. It's a meaningful study for new believers because it briefly reviews the theme of each book or section and then explains how they connect to the over-arching theme of the scriptures. It includes 24 one-hour (approx) audio or video sessions.
bcars102 Stars Out Of 5Not what I was hoping it wasOctober 2, 2016bcars10Quality: 2Value: 1Meets Expectations: 2I purchased all three books along with the DVD set; this workbook is my least favorite and the least worthwhile, in my opinion, but if you prefer not to come up with your own discussion questions, then you'll want a copy of this if you're doing a home study. The Handbook is the best because it has all of the slide information and also enough room to make notes. I don't know why they couldn't have added 40 more pages to the Handbook with the discussion questions. I don't like being nickeled-and-dimed for every little item!
The Learn the Bible Handbook consists of all the visual slides in Dr. Missler's DVD series. (Which, incidentally, are also included on the DVD set in PDF format--you just have to print out all those pages yourself! I think buying the Handbook already bound is cheaper.) The Learn the Bible Workbook only includes SOME of the slides, but there are lines to add your notes. The Workbook also includes questions and group discussion questions. The Learn the Bible Book is basically Dr. Missler's video presentation in book format, with a few variations. The Handbook is my favorite and the most valuable; the Book is second valuable. The Workbook's only value is the discussion questions, but any reasonably intelligent person can come up with their own...save your money.
I leave this review because it is nearly impossible to find information about each of the Learn the Bible in 24 Hours books on the web, even on Dr. Missler's own site. That's why I felt I needed to buy all three.
Patty5 Stars Out Of 5Good, very informative and many times challengingFebruary 2, 2016PattyQuality: 0Value: 0Meets Expectations: 0I am still in the book, workbook and video lectures. I am learning which is the goal of every Bible study. I do at least one lesson a week. I highly recommend this study.

The Workbook is very useful for seeing what is ahead & to summarise the sessions. Great resource from Dr Chuck Missler - INVALUABLE!
