This book is not only a must read for those doing cross cultural ministry it is a very valuable book to read if you are wanting to improve your leadership by increasing your practical and biblical understanding of leadership issues. It is very well written, concepts are presented clearly and with multiple practical illustrations and applications. I have recommended it to many friends and pastors in ministry.
