AnonymousChicago, ILAge: 35-44Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5Excellent Resource for the WorkplaceJune 14, 2014AnonymousChicago, ILAge: 35-44Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I value the insights presented in this book so much that I gave a copy to several co-workers. The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace helped me to understand the most appropriate ways to show affirmation and give positive feedback to co-workers and volunteers in ways that speak to them based on their primary "Appreciation Language." Great team building exercise to do with department staff, managerial teams, or executive teams.
(I received a complimentary copy from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.)
