Watchman Nee o Ni Tuosheng, fue un gran líder de la iglesia y maestro cristiano que trabajó en China durante el siglo XX. Su evangelismo fue influenciado por los Hermanos de Plymouth. En 1922, inició reuniones de la iglesia en Fuzhou que pueden considerarse el comienzo de las iglesias locales. Durante sus treinta años de ministerio, Nee publicó muchos libros que exponen la Biblia. Watchman Nee, or Ni Tuosheng, was a great church leader and Christian teacher who worked in China during the 20th century. His evangelism was influenced by the Plymouth Brethren. In 1922, he initiated church meetings in Fuzhou that can be considered the beginning of the local churches. During his thirty years of ministry, Nee published many books expounding the Bible. He was honored by Christopher H. Smith (R-NJ) in the United States Congress on July 30, 2009.
